The Executive room at Manhattan at Times Square was updated, clean, and fresh, with an okay city view that added to the ambiance. The 24-hour reception staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I also appreciated the quick response from housekeeping when we found a pizza in the wardrobe from the previous guest - it was promptly cleaned, and they even offered an apology for the oversight.

The room we received this time was not as nice and smaller than the one we had booked previously.

manhattan at times square was perfect. the king bed and pillows were so comfortable. ray the porter was super helpful and friendly, and i could leave our bags safely. the concierge was really helpful. the location is excellent, in the heart of manhattan. everything you want to see is just an easy walk away. the housekeeping team did a great job, cleaning my room to a good standard every day.

The location is perfect for exploring iconic landmarks like Rockefeller Center and Broadway, enhancing our family's bonding time while keeping us relaxed. The noise level near Times Square was surprisingly low, ensuring peaceful nights.

The hotel's lobby had a charming vintage feel, with comfortable seating areas perfect for a rest after our explorations. The accessibility for senior people was commendable, as they had convenient ramps and elevators. It made it easy for us to navigate the premises without much exertion, which was a relief during our stay.

I would have appreciated better assistance from the children of the staff in planning senior-friendly activities.

Moderately priced hotel in a modern area so close to Between central park, Coney Island and subway, restaurants and times square. Great-sized and newly decorated units where pillows usually sit. Smooth check-in, parking outside.

Comforts of good-sized and newly decorated room with a view were fabulous. The accommodation had a very central location close to everything you want to see in New York.

Generally, the place was top quality and had very competent and extremely helpful staff at reception desk. I loved the room with a terrace, the bed was comfortable. The location was central, short walk to Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square, and Central Park as well as many theatres. Had carbonated drinks in the coffee bar in the evening.

The staff are extremely helpful, they keep the place fairly clean. The hotel is centrally situated close to 2 subway stations and a 4-6 minute walk from Seventh Avenue.

During my transit in New York, I stayed at The Manhattan At Times Square. Its convenient location was a major plus, being only a 5-minute walk from 50th Street and a mere 1.5 km from Grand Central. the proximity to LaGuardia, which is only 15 km away, made it ideal for my travel plans.

The hotel fell short in terms of room amenities. I was disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room, and the need to request one was inconvenient.

The location was absolutely incredible. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see. The staff was super friendly and even let us check-in early. The lobby was nicely decorated and gave off a cool vibe. The beds were so comfortable, and it was awesome being in a diverse atmosphere with people from all over the world. The convenience to the APAP conference was mind-blowing. our stay was jaw-dropping and we had a fantastic time exploring the city.

A nice size and well-equipped unit on the safe. Centrally located hotel just off all transport, Times Square and the subway station and Broadway´s theatres.

It has perfect and incredible location and free parking, and it's so close to the theatres, Ellen stardust restaurant, Times Square and common areas. Very competent, incredibly attentive staff, thanks very much for treating me so well.
